Side irradiation model (LZC-5)
 This unit is recommended for customers who only use liquid samples and who therefore prefer side irradiation. The irradiation chamber is approximately 12 inches wide, 12 inches deep and 8.5 inches high. Two switches allow control of the lamps used. The standard unit uses 8 lamps (4 each side), but one of the options allows for up to 4 additional lamps. Fan and exhaust lines are provided; the exhaust is only needed when using UVC (254 nm) lamps. One set of safety goggles (cut-off around 420 nm) is supplied. Bulkhead connectors for gases are standard. Several accessories and customized lamp arrangements are available.
Option LZC-C can be provided if LZC-A is installed, but the angle of irradiation is not optimal for the turntable.
Note: Any 12" Rayonet lamp can be used in our photoreactors.
